摘要
法律论辩是法学方法论的重要部分,然而关于法律论辩的理论研究还存在很大的局限性。现今法学界普遍重视实体法及程序法,对其他法学理论重视程度不够,随着我国社会的繁荣发展、法治建设进程的不断加快,只有持续完善我国法学理论才能适应高速发展的社会。
Legal debate is an imporlant part of legal methodology, but the theoretical research on legal debate still has limitations. Current legal profession generally attaches great importance to the substantive laws and procedural laws, but ignores other legal theories. With the prosperous development of the society and the highspeed construction of rule of law, only making efforts to complete our legal theories can adapt to the rapid social development in China.
