摘要
某高层建筑核心筒外框由16根钢管柱组成,外框钢管柱下为人工挖孔桩基础。地下室第1节钢管柱混凝土浇筑完毕后,经抽芯检测发现,3根钢管柱芯样靠近柱底部分的密实度与强度不够,需要进行重新处理。通过原因分析和方案对比,最终确定选用混凝土柱局部置换加固方案。详细介绍了置换加固方案的计算、材料选用、加固流程和注意事项。加固结果满足设计和施工要求。
The core tube frame of a super high-rise building was consisted with sixteen steel tube columns, and the steel tube' s basement is manual hole digging pile. After the first steel tube concrete pouring and sampling testing, the compactness and strength of three concrete filled steel tube column is lower and need to handle. By the reason analysis and scheme comparison, the partial replacement and strengthening on concrete filled steel tube column was adopted. Authors introduced the calculation, material selection, strengthening process and attentions of scheme. The strengthening effect can meet the requirement.
