摘要
以轻质黏土陶粒作为骨料,普通硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,辅以聚酯纤维和减水剂等外加剂,研制出一种新型的水泥基陶粒多孔地铁轨道吸声板。在不同工况下,通过对隧道壁和道床测点的吸声效果测试表明:地铁轨道吸声板在饱和(含水)工况下,隧道内壁和道床降声效果最佳;在半饱和工况下,降声效果较好;在干燥工况下,降声效果较差。地铁轨道吸声板对100Hz以下,500Hz以上频段噪声的降噪效果优于其他频段。另外,地铁轨道吸声板的试验结果与计算的理论值相符合。最后利用ANSYS模拟了在吸声板薄弱位置施加1 000N力时的受力性能。
With the clay ceramsite as aggregate, ordinary portland cement as the cementing material, combined with polyester fiber and water-reducing admixtures and so on, a new kind of subway rail acoustic panel based on cement and porous ceramsite is produced. Under different conditions, and through the tunnel wall and ballast bed sound-absorbing effect analysis, the results prove that the subway rail acoustic panel in water saturated condition of noise reduction effect is the best, in the unsaturated conditions, the effect of noise reduction is better, in dry conditions, poorer.
