一种不完全信息下的多属性决策方法及其军事应用

摘要 针对属性权重和属性值完全未知情况下的多属性决策问题,提出一种不完全信息下多属性决策方法,通过设立属性排序值并引入直觉模糊集来表示虚拟属性值及对虚拟属性值的认可度,在此基础上采用线性规划方法求解得到属性权重,方法意义明确,符合实际决策思维过程,可广泛应用作战方案的评估。 Aimed at attribute weights and attribute values in case of completely unknown multi-attribute decision making problems,under incomplete information a multiple attribute decision making method proposed,through the establishment of attribute ranking values and the introduction of intuitionist fuzzy sets to represent the virtual attribute value and the recognition of the virtual attribute value,on this basis linear programming method adopted to obtain attribute weights,the method has clear meaning,in line with the actual decision-making process of thinking can be widely used the evaluation of operational programs.
