摘要
介绍美国海军远征决策支持系统,并展示其在沿海或远征战区实现两栖作战分布式协同规划的能力。该系统包含现有水雷战平台决策辅助程序库(MEDAL)的操作特点并与水雷战平台决策辅助程序库共享数据。同时,该系统很好地阐明了联合构想2010/2020概念中的关键因素、支撑了"全领域作战优势"并能实现可视化和战术决策辅助功能。对该系统的研究,将有助于增强在现代化作战环境中的制信息能力和两栖作战能力。
This work introduces the expeditionary decision support system (EDSS) and explain the ability to execute distributed and collaborative planning for amphibious operations in the littoral/ expeditionary warfare area.This system incorporates operating features of and shares a common database with the existing GCCS-M mine warfare environmental decision aids library (MEDAL) segment.Meantime,it expatiates the principal elements of joint vision 2010/2020 concepts,supports the principal thrust of JV2020 is "full spectrum dominance" and notably enhances visualization for the planning and executing forces,and tactical decision aid.EDSS is a valuable and proven tool for providing information superiority in today's rapidly changing information operations environment.
