高效液相色谱法测定左金胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of the content of Berberine Hydrochloride by HPLC in Zuojin Capsule

目的探讨左金胶囊中的盐酸小檗碱含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相法进行测定,色谱柱为ZORBAX 80A Extend-C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）,流动相为0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾-乙腈（75∶25）;流速为0.6 mL/min,检测波长为350 nm。结果盐酸小檗碱在0.211 8-1.059 0 mg之间有良好的线性关系,r=0.999（n=5）,平均回收率为100.02%,RSD=0.19%（n=5）,本品中盐酸小檗碱总含量为每粒不得低于22.7mg。结论高效液相法测定左金胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量,方法简便准确,重现性好,能有效测定左金胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Zuojin Capsule. Methods The content was detemfinod by HPLC. The ZORBAX 80A Extend-C18 column（4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm）was used.The mobile phase was 0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate and acetonitrile （75：25）. The flow rate was 0.6 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 350 nm. Results Linearity of Berberine Hydrochloride was found in the range from 0.2 118 nag to 1.0 590 mg（ r = 0.999, n = 5）.The average recovery rate was 100.02% and RSD was 0.19%（ n = 5）. The minimum content of Berberine Hydrochloride in every Zuojin Capsule was 22.7 rag. Conclusion The method is simple, fast and stable. It has been proved to be a good method for the determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Zuojin Capsule.
