2012年腧穴研究进展概况

An overview of Acupoints Research in 2012

腧穴研究是针灸学研究的重要组成部分之一。2012年中国中医药年鉴(学术卷)针灸类期刊目录中记载的腧穴内容文献主要涉及5个方面:穴位应用方法探讨、穴位主治研究、选穴配伍思路研究、解剖结构分析、穴位特异性研究。多数文献侧重于穴位解剖结构研究,腧穴与非穴或某穴与它穴表现的各种特性的研究。腧穴解剖结构研究初步表明,穴位是神经血管束或含血管神经的筋膜结缔组织穿经骨、肌或筋膜围成的孔道和脑脊神经终末及其伴行血管终末在身体中轴的浅出交汇部位。腧穴特性研究运用多学科领域技术,揭示了腧穴特性现象。

Abstract： Acupoints research is one of the important parts of acupuncture research. The acupoints part that written in 2012 yearbook of China Traditional Chinese Medicine （volume of academic journals） directory of acupuncture and moxibustion mainly involves five aspects： acupoints application method, indications of acupoints, selection and compatibility of acupoints, anatomical structures of acupoints and specificity of acupoints. Most literatures focus on the latter two parts. The study on anatomical structures of acupoints preliminary showed that acupoints is the pore formed by bone, muscle or fascia where neu- rovascular bundles or connective tissue containing abundant nerves and blood vessels pass through and the position where the terminal branch of clinical and spinal nerves and their accompanying by blood vessels emerge and converge at the superficial layer of central body axis. The study on the specificity of acupoints reveals the characteristics of acupoints using multidisci- plinary technology.
