阴道B超与腹部B超诊断异位妊娠的效果比较

目的分析阴道B超与腹部B超在诊断异位妊娠中的效果，为临床影像学检查提供参考。方法以珠海市高新区金鼎卫生院2011年8月～2012年8月共收治的异位妊娠患者120例为研究对象，患者均经手术或病理检查确诊，按照自愿原则将120例患者均分为阴道B超组和腹部B超组（n=60），阴道B超采用阴道超声诊断仪进行扫描检查，腹部B超组采用腹部超声诊断仪进行扫描检查，比较两种方法对异位妊娠诊断的准确率。结果腹部B超组诊断符合率78．33％（47／60），阴道B超组诊断符合率96．67％（58／60），阴道B超组诊断符合率显著高于腹部B超组，组间比较差异有统计学意义意义（P〈0．05）。结论阴道B超在诊断异位妊娠中结果更为及时、准确，具有较高的临床诊断价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of vaginal B ultrasound and abdominal B ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, and provide reference for clinical imaging examination. Methods 120 ectopic pregnancy patients were chosen as the object of study in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2012, all patients were confirmed by operation or pathological examination. According to the principle of voluntary, 120 patients were divided into vaginal B ultrasound and abdominal B ultrasound group, Vagina B ultra uses the vagina supersonic diagnostic equipment to carry on the scanning inspection, the abdomen B ultra group uses the abdomen supersonic diagnostic equipment to carry on the scanning inspection,then the accuracy comparison of two methods for diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy was be done. Results Abdominal B ultrasound diagnostic accordance rate was 78.33% （47/60）, vaginal B ultrasound diagnostic accordance rate was 96.67% （58/60）, the diagnostic accordance rate of vaginal B ultrasound group was significantly higher than that of abdominal B ultrasound group, there was a significant difference comparison between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Vaginal B ultrasound is more timely, accurate and has high clinical value in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
