负压封闭引流技术(VSD)在四肢创伤中的应用观察

目的分析研究使用负压封闭引流术（Vacuumsealing drainage,VsD）对四肢创伤患者的应用价值。方法选取2010年9月～2013年2月收广东省乐昌市廊田镇卫生院收治的44例使用负压封闭引流术治疗的四肢创伤患者作为实验组，同期使用常规清创引流方法治疗的患者44例作为对照组，对比观察2组患者的伤口愈合情况、患者疼痛感、住院时间。结果实验组患者治疗效果更好，患者的疼痛感平均为（2.67±1.01）分，其住院时间短，与对照组患者的各个指标比较差异显著，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论使用负压封闭引流术对四肢创伤患者效果好，可以减轻其疼痛感受，提高治疗效果．并缩短患者住院时间，是一种较好的治疗措施。

Objective To analyze studies using vacuum sealing drainage for trauma patients limbs application value. Methods From September 2010 to February 2013 in the hospital 44 cases using vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of limb trauma patients as the experimental group, the same period in our hospital using conventional debridement, drainage method of treatment in 44 patients as controls group, compared to the therapeutic effect observed in patients, patient pain, length of hospital stay. Results The experimental group patients better, the patient＇s pain averaged （2.67 ＋ 1.01 ） points, its shorter hospital stay, and the control group of patients with significant differences between the various indicators, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of vacuum sealing drainage effect on limb trauma patients can reduce their pain and feelings, improve treatment and reduce hospitalization time, is a good treatment.
