我国基础教育数字资源建设现状调查——从电教系统的视角 被引量:13

摘要 该研究主要采用问卷调查法,辅以访谈法和内容分析法,对全国省级电教馆(教育技术中心)基础教育数字资源平台进行了调查。调查内容包括平台开通情况、平台用户使用情况、平台现有资源情况(例如资源容量、覆盖学科、年级、教材版本、资源类型等)、资源应用推广情况、资源建设机制和方式,以及"十二五"期间数字教育资源建设计划几个方面。调查结果发现,我国各地基础教育数字资源建设取得了显著成效,建成的基础教育数字资源内容丰富、类型多样,但资源建设在地区、类型和学科上还存在不均衡的问题。 By using questionnaire survey, interview and content analysis, this research investigates digital resource network platforms for elementary education that developed by Chinese provincial centers of educational technology. Contents of the investigation include opening times of these network platforms; who are their users; the status quo of digital resources on these platforms, like the sizes of these resources, covering subjects, grades, versions of text books, resource types and so on; platform resources application and promotion; resource construction mechanism and means; and programs of resources construction during the 12th Five-Year Plan. The result shows, our country has gained remarkable achievement in digital resource construction of elementary education which is rich in contents and diversified in types, however, the construction of digital resources of elementary education is imbalanced among regions, types and subjects.
