构建“适用性”工程教育学科体系是行业特色型大学培养拔尖创新人才的关键 被引量:4

Constructing Applicable Engineering Education System is the Key to Training Top-notch Innovative Talents in Industry-characterized Universities

摘要 我国行业特色型大学应积极探索科学基础、实践能力和人文素养融合发展的创新型人才培养的新模式;培养满足行业特质的拔尖创新型人才是我国行业特色型大学"适用性"办学定位与发展战略的核心;在更高层次上强化产学研互动的人才培养机制是提高行业特色型大学工程教育培养质量的有力保障;瞄准国家战略需求,超前部署适应国家战略性新兴产业所需的专业学科布局与集群,主动参与重大战略性科学研究,是构建行业特色型大学"适用性"工程教育体系与学科体系协调发展的引擎;建设高水平、开放式、纵向一体化的"适用性"学科体系,是行业特色型大学实现内涵式、特色型、可持续发展的源泉。 China's industry-characterized universities should actively explore a new model of training innovative talents to be of scientific basis, practical ability and humanistic literacy; Training top-notch innovative talents to meet the industry characteristics is the core of applicable education and development strategy of industry-characterized universities in our country. Strengthening the research interaction cultivation mechanism at a higher level is a powerful guarantee for quality engineering education of industry-characterized universities. They should aim at the national strategic demand, and deploy in advance discipline layout and clusters to adapt to national strategic emerging industries. Active participation in major strategic research is the engine of coordinated development of the construction of "applicable" engineering education system and discipline system in industry-characterized universities. The construction of high level, open, and vertically integrated "applicable" discipline system is the source of realizing the connotative, characteristic and sustainable development of industry characteristic universities.
