摘要
跨学科教育是后工业时代科技知识生产方式转型对人才培养提出的必然要求,是对传统教育模式的积极扬弃。普林斯顿大学本科跨学科教育模式体现在其教育理念、学生管理、通识教育定位、教学制度设计、课程设置、培养环节、组织保障以及多类型小班制的研讨课广泛应用、跨学科教育项目等各方面。普林斯顿大学本科跨学科教育实践为当前我国高校人才培养改革提供了借鉴与参考。
Interdisciplinary education is the necessary requirement for talented person training advanced by the transformation of the modes of sciences, technology and knowledge production in the post-industrial era, and positively changes the traditional education model. The mode of interdisciplinary education at Princeton University is reflected in its educational philosophy, student management, general education aim, teaching institutions such as preceptor, curriculum, training links, interdisciplinary agents, as well as many types of small-sized seminars and interdisciplinary undergraduate certificate programs, which is worth learning and reference for the talented person training reform of Chinese universities.
