摘要
传统教育存在过分重视知识传输、学生能力培养不足的问题。本文研究工科学生能力培养构成要素,分析传统工程教育方法的特点,提出提升工科学生能力的培养举措———基于课程项目的工程思维能力培养与工程经验知识获取。
It is one of the objectives for higher engineering colleges all around the world to cultivate qualified and competent engineers with a global perspective in the face of the global competition. It is easily observed that traditional engineering education puts too much emphasis on knowledge teaching while ignores the efforts to develop the ability of students to deal with real engineering problems. In this paper, the factors of engineering ability are studied at first. The characteristics of the traditional engineering education are then analyzed. Finally, the paper proposes a measure to improve the ability of the engineering students, i.e. acquisition of engineering experiential knowledge and cultivation of engineering thinking ability based on course project.
