考虑多指标约束的蜂窝夹层防热结构参数优化 被引量:3

PARAMETRIC OPTIMIZATION OF HONEYCOMB SANDWICH THERMAL BARRIER STRUCTURES CONSIDERING MULTI-SPECIFICATION RESTRICTION

摘要 介绍蜂窝夹层结构导热率的半经验计算公式,蜂窝夹层结构主要破坏形式及相应等效力学参数的计算方法。提出以最小质量为设计目标,以满足热学、力学多指标要求为约束条件的蜂窝夹层结构参数优化问题。应用改进的遗传算法,对典型金属热防护结构的外部蜂窝夹层子结构进行参数优化。优化结果表明:所提出的方法能够实现对蜂窝夹层结构的减重,而且在考虑隔热性能的基础上,加入力学指标约束会对优化结果产生明显影响。 The parametric optimization of honeycomb sandwich as thermal barrier structure was presented in this paper. The target was reaching the minimum mass, and the restrictions were both the thermal and mechanics specifications. The thermal conductivity of honeycomb sandwich was obtained from a classical semi-empirical formula, and the mechanics specifications represented the common invalid forms of honeycombs. Base on an improved Genetic Algorithm, the parameters of a honeycomb sandwich on a typical Metallic Thermal Protection Systems were optimized. The results show that this method has lightening effect, and the result with multi-specification restriction is a contrast to the one with thermal-specification restriction.
