摘要
疲劳分析已经成为现代飞机结构分析的重要组成部分,通过有限元方法对有加强开孔板疲劳分析的重要参数——应力集中系数进行了求解,进而求出开孔部位的细节疲劳额定值(DFR)。将有限元计算结果与试验结果进行对比,发现吻合较好,证明了采用有限元方法求解应力集中系数进行疲劳分析是精确可靠的,可以采用该方法对今后同类型试验件DFR值的确定进行预估分析。
Fatigue analysis has become an important part of modern aircraft structural analysis. The fatigue parameter- stress concentration factor of strengthening plate with a hole is solved by the finite element method, and then the detail fatigue rating(DFR) can be obtained. By contrast, we find the result is in good agreement with testing data, which proves that the finite element method is accurate and reliable for solving stress concentration factor, and can provide pre-analysis to determine DFR of the same type testing in the future.
