重塑欧洲高等教育治理:竞争、自治与绩效

摘要
欧洲各国的高等教育在过去的几十年中经历了重大变革。影响欧洲高等教育变革的因素包括竞争、自治和绩效。欧洲大学传统的治理模式正受到政府和市场力量的冲击,欧洲大学正在转变为有目标的和有竞争力的独立的实体。欧洲的高等教育治理模式开始在自治与绩效之间寻求平衡。
