乡镇卫生院供应室质量管理现状与对策

Status and strategy of the supply room quality management in the health center of villages and towns

目的了解乡镇卫生院供应室质量管理各个环节现状,为规范供应室管理制定对策。方法参照卫生部关于医院消毒供应中心管理规范进行现场调查反馈。结果 14所乡镇卫生院供应室只有1所质量评价合格,合格率为7.1%;区域压差梯度、外来器械处理、清洗质量监测、质量控制追溯记录均不合格;复用器械回收、清洗、包装流程知晓率,灭菌质量监测等合格率均为7.1%。结论调查结果存在问题非常严重,主管部门急需对乡镇卫生院供应室加大监管督查指导力度,指令卫生院将供应室建设纳入医院建设重点项目和医疗质量管理,立即开始整改或尽快规划、建设区域性消毒供应中心,实行区域性集中统一管理,使之达到卫生部强制性行业标准。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the details of the quality management of the supply room in the villages and towns of our city, so as to set up the strategy to regulate the management of the supply room. METHODS A survey was carried on according to the sterilization and supply center established by the Ministry of Public Health. RESULTS The eligible rate of management quality of 14 township hospital supply room was 7. 1%, only one qualified. The regional pressure gradient, foreign apparatus processing, washing quality monitoring and quality control tracing records were all below standard. The lower qualified rate was 7.1%, including medical instrument care and reprocessing, recycling, cleaning and packaging processing awareness rates of multiplexing equipment and qualification rate of sterilization quality monitoring were all 7. 1~. CONCLUSIONS The problems are serious according to our investigation. The authority department should enhance the supervision of the supply room, ask the health center to make the construction of the supply room as the key project and achieve the management of the medical quality, and to start the rectification, or plan and set up the regional sterilization and supply center, unifying management regionally to reach the mandatory standard of the Ministry of Public Health.
