英国1832年《解剖法》探析

摘要 1832年颁布的《解剖法》是英国历史上极其重要的一部法案。它以促进医疗科学发展为名,肆意处理穷人尸体,无视穷人的基本人权,伤害了他们的感情,强制他们牺牲自己的身体反哺社会,激起强烈抗议。此后,英国政府开始注意协调科学解剖与平民意愿之间的冲突,最终确立了遗体捐献自由的原则。 The Anatomy Act issued 1832 is an important statute in British history, which in the name of science to disregard the basic human right of the poor, hurt their feelings and forced them to sacrifice their own body to repay the society, provoked a strong protest; Thereafter, the Britain government began to pay attention to coordinate the conflict of scientific anatomy and peoples ' willing, established a principle of free body donation finally.
