摘要
从产业知识基础角度构建高技术业创新投入评价指标,运用典型相关分析方法分析其与创新产出的相关关系。研究发现,高技术业产业知识基础与创新产出存在紧密联系,科学家和工程师比重及企业研发机构数对高技术业发展作用明显,其中科技活动人员、科技经费筹集额、科技活动经费筹集额中企业资金和新产品开发经费支出有力地推动高技术业的出口,但产业知识学习和吸收方面效应不明显。最后提出相应的对策建议。
The paper constructs the innovation investment evaluation index of high technology industry from the industry perspective, then analyzes the correlation between the output and innovation by using the canonical correlation. The study finds that there exists close connection between industry knowledge base and innovation output in high technology industry: the proportion of scientists and engineers, and the number of enterprise development institutions have an obvious effect on the development of high technology industry; these factors are powerful to promote the export of high technology industry, i. e. , the science and technology personnel, the science and technology fund, the corporate investment and new product development fund; but the effect is not obvious in the industry knowledge learning and absorption from the other side. At last, it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
