摘要
在文献研究基础上首次构建三力作用下的创新管理的"五维度整合模型",并阐述模型中各要素关系及作用路径。研究表明:创新动因驱动力、创新环境洞察力、创新变革领导力、理念与文化、机制与制度、合作与协同、组织与人力资源、支撑与保障及其相互关系是影响创新管理的主要因素。创新变革领导力贯穿于整个创新过程,创新动因驱动力和创新环境洞察力通过创新实施活动对企业创新产生驱动性和关键作用。最后,通过四川移动创新管理案例对模型进行论证。
This article constructed the five - dimension integrated innovation management modeling of three forces by literature analysis and demonstrated the inter - relation and functions of its elements. The study shows that the interactive relations among the innovation driving force, the environmental detection ability, innovation leadership, the concept of culture, mechanism and institution, cooperation and coordinating, organization and human resources, support and guarantee are the key factors affecting innovation management. Innovation leadership dominates throughout the innovation process; the inno- vation driving force and the environmental detection ability play a key role through the implementation of the innovation management activities. In the end, this paper demonstrated the integrated modeling based on a deep investigation on the complicate process of Sichuan Mobile Telecom' s innovation management and its influent factors by conducting a case study method.
