宜居性是城镇建设的方向和目标,表现为城镇在社会环境、产业结构、城镇功能、人文环境、生态环境等方面的协调与发展。伴随着城镇化产生的新型社区,作为城镇的基本社会单元,对其从人与环境、人与社会、人与文化和谐关系的角度进行创新性宜居建设,从而为改居后的居民从社区到城镇、从生活的中观层面到宏观层面提供相匹配的宜居空间。

Livability is the direction and core target in the process of city construction. Its performance is the city development in coordination with the social environment, industrial construction, city function, human environment and ecological environment. Following the urbanization in China, the new style community appeared. Being the basic social unit of city, it should carry out the innovative livability construction from the aspect of harmonious relationship, in which man is harmonious with environment, society and culture. This can help new residents set up a livable space in the process of community to city and medium level to macroscopic level in their lives.
