摘要本文首先基于贸易政策改革对工资差距的现状进行了分析,其次指出了工资差距扩大的内在动因:国际经济的一体化导致了熟练工和非熟练工之间薪酬差距的扩大。本文对此进行了探讨。 Firstly, the author analyse the status of wage gap based on trade policy reform, then indicating a widening gap in wages intrinsic causes： international trade, technological progress and international outsourcing is the main reason for the expand of wage gap, finally,put forward to the related policies and proposals.
