三维地籍测量的探究

A study on 3D cadastral surveying

目前城市建设正逐步向立体化发展,地籍管理信息化程度越来越高。传统的二维地籍平面管理已不能满足人们对三维空间的占有和使用。基于集约和节约用地的目的,结合地籍管理的需求,三维地籍管理势在必行,地籍测量也发生相应的变化,由过去的固定型转为移动型。本文通过对三维地籍管理理念的探讨,三维数据采集方法和数学模型的建立方法,以探索基于可视化的,土地权利的地上、地表及地下一体化产权管理的技术原理及测量方法。

With the rapid process of urbanization,the trend of three dimensional land utilization is more and more clear.Traditional 2Dcadastral management can＇t meet the demands for3Doccupation and utilization any longer.With the aim of intensive and economic use of land,considering the demands for cadastral management,3Dcadastral management becomes imperative,as a consequence of this,cadastral surveying also changes accordingly which switches from fixed to mobile.With the investigation of the concept of 3Dcadastral management,3D data capture method and the establishing of the mathematical model,the technical principle and surveying method based on visualization,integration management of the above-on-under land right are introduced in this paper.
