摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酰氧乙基二甲基苄基氯化铵(DBC)为共聚单体,采用水溶液聚合法制备了阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺,研究了单体配比、引发剂、反应温度以及反应时间对产物的影响,并用红外光谱和核磁氢谱对产物结构进行了鉴定.实验发现一定范围内减少引发剂用量、降低反应温度均能提高共聚物分子量,引发剂滴加完毕之后40min时产物黏度最高.
A series cationic polyacrylamide was prepared based on the monomers of acrylamide and acryloxyethyl ethyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride. The effects of monomer ratio, initiator, reaction time and reaction temperature on the copolymer were investigated, and the structure of the copolymer was identified by FTIR and 1H-NMR. The results showed that reducing initiator dose and lowering reaction temperature are both helpful to increase the molecular weight of cationic polyacrylamide, and its viscosity is highest when keeping reaction for 40 min.
