亚低温对急性脑梗死大鼠溶栓治疗时间窗的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察亚低温对急性脑梗死(CI)大鼠溶栓治疗时间窗的影响。方法选择SD大鼠80只,随机分为CI体积测量组30只、组织学观察组30只、假手术组20只。CI体积测量组及组织学观察组再分为常温缺血3、6、9 h组和亚低温缺血3、6、9 h组,每组5只;假手术组再分为常温组、亚低温组各10只。采用线栓法建立局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型,分别于缺血3、6、9 h实施再灌注,并于实施亚低温后取材观察,用TTC染色测定脑梗死体积、免疫组化法观察Caspase-3阳性细胞数。结果与常温缺血组比较,亚低温缺血组CI体积明显减少(P均<0.01)、Caspase-3阳性细胞数降低(P均<0.01)。常温组CI体积及Caspase-3阳性细胞数6 h组>3 h组(P<0.01),6 h组与9 h组比较无统计学差异;亚低温组CI体积及Caspase-3阳性细胞数9 h组>6 h组>3 h组(P均<0.01)。结论亚低温能明显减小CI体积,延长急性CI大鼠溶栓治疗时间窗。
