摘要
对发菜细胞中三苯甲咪唑氨基酸(mycosporine-like amino acids,MAAs)的抗氧化性质和紫外吸收性质进行研究。结果表明,MAAs具有一定的抗氧化能力。样品浓度为7.05 mg/mL时,超氧阴离子的清除率为59.01%。羟自由基的清除率在粗品浓度为30.78 mg/mL时,达到最大值为78.64%。样品的对羟自由基和超氧阴离子的清除能力与其浓度成量效关系,随浓度的增加而增大。将MAAs粗提物与防晒系数为20的防晒乳霜按质量比1∶1和2∶1的比例混合,在280 nm^400 nm范围内进行光谱扫描。结果表明,防晒霜主要的吸收波长是在280 nm^350 nm之间。当防晒霜中添加MAAs粗提物后,所测波长范围内都有明显的吸收,表明MAAs粗提物具有紫外吸收能力。
The antioxidant capacity of MAAs product was detected and their reducing power , free radical-scavenging capacity increased with the concentration of MAAs increased. And the clearance rate of ultra oxygen anion and hydroxyl free radical were 59.01%and 78.64%with the concentration of MAAs was 7.05 mg/mL and 30.78 mg/mL, respectively. In order to analysis the UV screening ability, MAAs was mixed into sunscreen products at the mass ratio of 1 ∶ 1 and 1 ∶ 2. The result showed sunscreen products had absorption maxima ranging from 280 nm to 320 nm. Added MAAs to sunscreen products, the ability of mixture absorbing UV rose.
