摘要 应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法直接测定进出口12国葡萄酒中铅、砷、镉、汞、铜、铁、铬、锑、铊等25种金属元素。采用5%(体积比)硝酸直接稀释前处理方法,在选定的最佳测试条件下,测定了来自亚洲、非洲、欧洲等6大洲12个国家的干红葡萄酒中25种化学元素。各元素的检出限在0.002 mg/kg^3.45 mg/kg,相对标准偏差低于3.6%,25种元素加标回收率在81.5%~122.2%。 We detected 25 kinds of Chemical element in import and export graup wine by inductively couple plasma -mass spectroum. The element included lead,arensic,cadmium,mercure,copper,iron,chromium, antimony,thallium and so on. We diluted grape wine with nitric acid of 5 %(V/V)directly, and detected the chemical elements in the best test condition of instrument ,which were from 12 countrys in different continents. The detection limits for each element was in the range of 0.002 mg/kg-3.45 mg/kg. The relative standard deviation of this method was lower than 3.6%. The recovery rate of the 25 elements was 81.5%-122.2%.
