摘要
对液相色谱-串联质谱法测定鲜姜中涕灭威及其代谢物(涕灭威砜、涕灭威亚砜)残留量的不确定度进行分析,建立数学模型,找出影响测量不确定度的各种因素,对各个不确定度分量进行评估和计算合成。给出了液相色谱-串联质谱法测定鲜姜中涕灭威及其代谢物(涕灭威砜、涕灭威亚砜)残留量的相对合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度,测量不确定度的主要来源是加标回收率、重复性测量和体积影响。
The uncertainty in measuring aldicarb and its metabolites (aldicarb-sulfone and aldicarb-sulfoxide ) in ginger by LC-MS/MS was analyzed. A mathematical model was established , all the influence factors on measuring uncertainty were found out,and each uncertainty was evaluated and calculated.The relative combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty in measuring aldicarb and its metabolites (aldicarb-sulfone and aldicarb-sulfoxide) in ginger by LC-MS/MS were worked out. The major sources of uncertainty included the recovery rate, retest and volume.
