摘要
对腐败黄桃罐头、草莓罐头微生物的富集、分离和纯化,得到4株特征性细菌。通过菌落形态及生理生化鉴定,结合BD微生物自动鉴定仪,得到鉴定结果如下:腐败黄桃罐头为成团泛菌(Pan.agglomerans)和地衣芽孢杆菌(Baci.licheniformis);腐败草莓罐头为地衣芽孢杆菌(Baci.licheniformis)和蜡样芽孢杆菌(Baci.cereus)。通过实验探索,建立了黄桃罐头、草莓罐头微生物分离培养方法。
Through enrichment, isolation and purification from spoilage canned peach and canned strawberry, four characteristic bacteria were obtained. We identified the bacteria according to the results of physiological and biochemical tests and BD microbial system. Pan. Agglomerans, Baci. licheniformis and Baci. Licheniformis, Baci. Cereus were found in spoilage canned peach and canned strawberry respectively. Through the research , a new isolation and culture method for canned peach and canned strawberry was established.
