通过探讨公共体育设施概念、分类及其建设布局要素,得出主要结论:《公共文化体育设施条例》对公共文化体育设施概念的界定具有权威性与科学性;公共体育设施分类应秉承《城市公共体育运动设施用地定额指标暂行规定》的分类方法,将公共体育设施类别与城市行政区划相匹配;影响公共体育设施建设布局的要素源自于公共体育设施主体方和客体方。希望通过研究,为公共体育设施建设布局规范化研究提供参考。

Through studing of public sports facilities in concept,classification and construction layout elements,this paper provides the reference for the research on the construction of public sports facilities in the layout specification.Analysis on the research status of public sports facilities using the method of literature.The main conclusions： ＂public cultural and sports facilities regulations＂defining the concept of public cultural and sports facilities with authority and scientific;classification of public sports facilities should be adhered to the＂classification method of public sports facilities in city land fixed interim provisions＂indicators,the public sports facilities category and the city administrative divisions;factors affecting public sports construction of facilities layout from the public sports facilities subject and object.
