国外休闲体育教育现状、趋势及对我国休闲体育教育发展的启示研究

Current Situation and Tendencies of Leisure Sports Education Abroad to the Development of Leisure Sports Education in Our County

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等,从专业设置、人才培养等方面深入研究国外休闲体育教育的发展现状与趋势,旨在通过借鉴国外发达国家的先进经验,为我国学校休闲体育教育的发展提供参考和建议。针对我国专业课程设置区分度较低,人才培养模式单一,教育资源匮乏等问题,建议优化培养方案,突出实践与应用;优化课程结构,强调专业特色性和灵活性;提早与用人单位的见习与实习合作;加强师资力量建设,提升教学质量。

By the methods of literature material,expert interview method etc.,this paper studies foreign leisure sports education development present situation from the specialties of personnel training etc,aims to draw lessons from foreign advanced experience,for our school and to provide the reference for the development of leisure sports education for professional construction of leisure sports in China.Tend to homogeneity,single training mode,and such problems as lack of teaching materials,puts fonoands suggestion： setting consistent with social needs and development of professional direction and training objectives;optimize the curriculum structure,emphasizing the professional characteristic and flexibility;to strengthen the practice,to meet the needs of employment;to strengthen the construction of teachers,improve the teaching quality.
