摘要
作为经管类专业必须开设的核心课程,经济法承担着为经管类学生训练法律思维和培育法律素养的任务。为实现既懂经济又懂法律的复合型人才的培养目标,在经济法的教学过程中,不能仅仅依靠课堂教学,需要从讲学模式的革新、课堂外学习的管理、师生关系的调整和应用能力的训练等方面重视学生自主学习能力的养成。
As a core course for economics and management majors in universities, Economic Law undertakes the task of training the students＇ legal thinking and legal attainment, while classroom instruction can not meet the students＆#39; requirements. In order to achieve the goals of training interdisciplinary applied talents, students＇ self-learning ability should be stimulated and im-proved in the teaching process from the following aspects： the innovation of lecturing mode, the management on learning outside the classroom, the adjustment on teacher-student relationship and the cultivation of practical ability.
