摘要
高炉渣处理系统在我国绝大部分采用水淬,各个高炉在实际运行中呈现水量消耗相差较大的情况。本文结合笔者参与的工程实例和生产实际统计,建立简单的数学模型予以比较计算分析,得出合适的核算公式方法。最后结论认为:水量消耗主要取决于熔渣的物理焓(熔渣温度)、冲渣水水温、渣量水量比、水的冷却方式、渣水分离的效率。
Water quenching is used by most of blast furnace slag-handling system in China, and water consumption differs widely in slag-flushing processes of blast furnaces. This article Combined our projects and production statistics, established a simple mathematical model, calculated and compared and analyzed the water consumption, worked out appropriate formulas and methods to compute water consumption, and concluded that the water consumption depends on slag enthalpy (slag temperature), flushing-water temperature, ratio of water to slag, water cooling way, efficiency separating water from slag.
