大力推进我国经济的创新转型和全面升级,打造中国经济的升级版,已经成为新时期我国改革开放和经济发展的重大战略目标,也是新时期我国经济建设的基本出发点和归宿点。因此,必须把握中国经济转型升级的时代内涵和基本要求,把新型城镇化、经济结构调整升级和全方位创新转型作为实现中国经济创新转型升级的突出重点,努力构建创新转型升级的动力机制,进一步深化改革,争取改革的新红利,大力推进政府职能转变,为实现创新转型升级探寻有效的实现路径。

Working for an upgraded version of the Chinese economy through innovation and transformation has become a major strategic goal of in our reform and opening up as well as in our economic development. It is also the starting point and goal of China＇s economic development in the new period. Therefore, we must work hard to bring about this economic transformation and upgrading. To accomplish this great task, we must focus on the new urbanization, the structural adjustment of our economy, and the development of a mechanism for transformation and innovation. Meanwhile, in order to explore an effective path to achieve the upgrading of innovation and transformation, we should further deepen the reform and vigorously promote the transformation of government functions.
