摘要
都市圈发展背景下的城市经济呈现高度一体化趋势。当前江苏省已规划建设三大都市圈,范围基本覆盖省内所有地级市。本文使用空间面板计量模型,针对江苏省内市域面板数据进行了实证计量,试图探索都市圈内邻近城市间经济政策的外溢效应,计量结果显示各地级市间经济发展存在一定的相关性,但是政策外溢效果不明显,这说明当前江苏省内都市圈的经济建设尚未真正落实,据此提出相关政策建议。
In a megalopolis,the cities will experience high integration in economic development.Currently,Jiangsu Province has planned to develop three megalopolises,and they will cover all the district-level cities in Jiangsu Province.In this paper,we use the spatial panel data models to analyze the data from cities within Jiangsu Province in order to find the externalities of economic policies between neighboring cities.The statistical results suggest that the interaction effects exist,whereas the spillover of policies does not exist.This indicates that the economic integration of megalopolis in Jiangsu Province hasn＇ t started yet.Finally,we put forward some policy suggestions based on the analysis.
