对国际法发展进行时空考察是国际法研究的一个新视角,国际法发展是时空的统一。国际法有古代萌芽和西欧中世纪的源流,自17世纪诞生之际仅是调整国与国之间关系的地域性法律规则。此后随着欧洲殖民主义的扩张,国际法开始了全球化进程,终于成为全球唯一的调整国与国之间关系的法律规则。第二次世界大战后国际法又进一步立体化发展,分别扩展到海洋和太空,以适应全球问题新的挑战。中国必须对此有所对应。

It is a new perspective to observe the development of the international law with relation to time and space.This proves that the evolution of the international law is a unity of time and space.With its root in ancient periods and middle age Western Europe,the international law as territorial rules regulated the relations among states since its birth in the 17th century.With the expansion of European colonialism,the international law commenced its steps of globalization and eventually became a global system of legal rules to regulate relations among states exclusively.Since World War II,development of the international law has been three-dimensional,extending itself to the sea and space to meet new challenges of global issues.China should respond to the evolution of the international law
