财经类大学生就业意识调查与分析——以上海商学院为例

A Survey Study on Employment Awareness of Business Graduates——Take Shanghai Business School as an Example

本文调查了财经类大学生的就业意识,调查显示财经类大学生就业主体意识较好,但就业准备不够充分,竞争意识和风险意识不足。在此基础上,本文提出增强财经类大学生就业意识的建议。

In recent years,the employment pressure of business graduates increases rapidly.Therefore,in order to assist students to pursue a satisfying employment and promote the university employment guidance,this essay investigates the employment awareness of some business graduates.In the survey,the students who have been investigated have a high level of employment consciousness and high initiative.However,they are not in sufficient preparation and are lacking the consciousness of competition and the awareness of risk at the same time.Based on these situations,the essay discusses the proposal of enhancing the employment awareness of business graduates.
