摘要 随着我国经济和社会的发展,建筑能耗正在飞速上升。国家正大力研究开发绿色建筑,充分利用可再生能源,因此太阳能得到了广泛的重视。太阳能热泵热水器将热泵与太阳能相结合,生产生活热水以满足人们的需求。太阳能热泵热水器中的集热/蒸发器是重要的核心部件,只有优化其结构,才能更高效的利用太阳能。本文采用Fluent软件对太阳能热泵集热/蒸发器三种不同流道形式的结构单元进行了数值分析,获得了流道表面温度场分布,通过对流道单元换热特性的分析,对集热/蒸发器的优化方法进行理论分析与实际应用。 With the development of economic and social in our country, building energy consumption is rising. Government is vigorously developing green building to make full use of renewable energy. As a result, solar energy has been paid widely attention. Solar assisted heat pump water heater combines heat pump and solar energy to satisfy the domestic hot water demand. A solar assisted heat pump system was introduced in this paper. In a direct solar assisted heat pump system, the solar collector/evaporator is a critical component, and the performance of the collector/evaporator is affected a lot by the flow channel structure. Through the theoretical 3D numerical simulation of three different channel styles with Fluent software, the temperature distribution on the surface of the collector was obtained. Based on the heat transfer in the channels, a methodology for the design optimization of the collector/evaporator was introduced and applied.
