压力式超滤技术在给水处理中的应用研究

摘要 利用常规混凝沉淀+压力式超滤工艺处理西江原水,考察了压力式超滤系统出水水质,研究了试验期间压力式超滤工艺的跨膜压力(TMP)变化,以及超滤膜的化学清洗。试验结果表明:压力式超滤工艺的出水安全可靠,CODMn、氨氮、浊度,均达到了《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)和《饮用净水水质标准》(CJ94-2005)的要求;系统在试验条件下运行,TMP增长缓慢;用HCl和NaClO进行化学清洗,可有效控制膜污染。 The pressurized ultrafiltration technology were applied to treat Xijiang source water. The effluent quality of uhrafiltration technology was evaluated. The variation of transmembrane pressure (TMP) during the experiment was also studied. Finally, we investigated the chemical cleaning method .The results showed that the treated water quality by the pressurized ultrafiltration technology was steady and safe. The concentrations of CODMn,ammonia nitrogen, turbidity in the effluent could still meet the sanitary standard for drinking water (GB5749-2006) and water quality standards for fine drinking water (CJ94-2005). When the membrane is run under the best membrane flux, the TMP increased slowly. The membrane fouling could be controlled effectively by chemical cleaning with HCl and NaClO.
