男性性功能减低患者血清生殖激素水平测定

The serum reproductive hormone detection in male patient with decreased sexual function.

目的 探讨男性性功能减低患者生殖激素水平的改变状况和相互间的关系。方法 采用体外放射免疫分析法测定患者血清生殖激素 (T、E2、L H、FSH)水平。结果 男性性功能减低患者血清 T值降低、E2升高、T/ L H降低 ,L H和 FSH水平与正常男性无异 ;T与 E2水平呈负相关 ,E2与 L H由正相关变为负相关。结论 E2升高、T降低可能在男性性功能减低中起着一定的作用 ,测定患者的生殖激素水平将有助于男性性功能减低的诊断。

Objective To investigate the changes of serum reproductive hormones and the relations between these hormones in male patients with decreased sexual function.Methods The levels of serum reproductive hormones(including T,E2,LH and FSH)were detected with radio immunoassay(RIA).Results In the male patients with decreased sexual function,the levels of T and the ratio of T/LH decreased while the levels of E2 increased.There was no difference in the levels of LH and FSH between normal males and patients.The correlation between T and E2 was negative while that between E2 and LH changed from positive to negative.Conclusion These findings suggest that decreased T and increased E2 may play a role in male patients with decreased sexual function and it might be useful to detect the levels of serum reproductive hormones with RIA in the diagnosis of male decreased sexual function.
