溶剂热法合成磁性四氧化三铁空心微球的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过溶剂热法,在不添加任何模板辅助的条件下,合成了磁性四氧化三铁空心微球。并通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对产物的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明:产物的结晶性好,属于尖晶石结构,磁饱和度高,而且磁滞小。 In this paper, magnetic FeaO4 hollow microspheres were prepared by a template-free solvothermal method. The structure and morphology of synthesized products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results showed that the product is well crystallined with a spinel structure; the product showed high magnetic saturation and a small hysteresis.
