多用炉气氛搅拌风机的结构优化和设计改进

摘要 本司多用炉气氛搅拌电机结构原来为进口整体连轴式,出现故障时拆卸、维修和安装非常麻烦,造成大量人工、时间和成本的浪费。通过分析和研究原来进口搅拌风机存在的缺陷和不足,对多用炉气氛搅拌风机进行结构优化和设计改进,搅拌风机主体结构由“整体式”改成“分体式”结构,这样不仅拆卸、维修方便,节约了大量时间和成本,更保证了产品热处理质量的稳定性,取得了明显的经济效益。 The stirring motor of our heat-treatment process is a unitary shaft. When it has a problem it' s very hard for us to fix the shaft. We should stop and cool the machine then carry the motor out of the machine to fix it. Also we' ll put it back then start the heat-treatment machine. It' s very hard. We waste a lot of time. This lesson designs a new motor that change the unitary shaft to parts so that we can fix it easily. We only use little time to fix it when it can not work. The motor guarantees the quality of parts in the heat -treatment process. The design makes contribution to our company.
