依托咪酯靶控输注复合瑞芬太尼用于妇科腹腔镜手术病人麻醉的效果分析

Observation of the Target Control Infusion of Gynecologic Laparoscopic Surgery Patients Etomidate Composite Clinical Anesthetic effect of Fentanyl

目的：观察对妇科腹腔镜手术病人采取靶控输注依托咪酯复合瑞芬太尼的临床效果。方法：选取我院行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者64例为研究对象，对照组患者靶控输注丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼进行术前麻醉，观察组患者采取靶控输注依托咪酯复合瑞芬太尼进行术前麻醉。结果：观察组患者术中血管活性物质使用率明显低于对照组，患者发生肌颤几率明显高于对照组。结论：采取靶控输注依托咪酯复合瑞芬太尼进行术前麻醉，对于行腹腔镜手术的患者而言具有临床推广意义。

Objective：To observe the target control infusion of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery patients etomidate composite clinical anesthetic effect of fentanyl .Methods：our hospital patients with laparoscopic surgical treatment of 64 cases as the research object , according to the group of patients target controlled infusion of propofol compound fentanyl for preoperative anesthesia , observation group of patients taking target controlled infusion etomidate compound fentanyl for preoperative anesthesia .Results：the observation group of patients intraoperatie blood vessel active material utilization rate is significantly lower than the control group , patients muscle tremors odds are significantly higher than the control group .Conclusion：Target control infusion etomidate compound fentanyl for preoperative anesthesia , for laparoscopic surgery patients have clinical significance .
