硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压合并糖尿病的疗效观察

目的：分析探讨硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压合并糖尿病的有效性与安全性。方法：选取80例高血压合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象，按照患者治疗方法将其分为研究组与对照组，每组40例，研究组在常规治疗的基础上行硝苯地平缓释片治疗，对照组在常规治疗的基础上行氯沙坦治疗，比较2组患者血压、心率、尿素氮等指标改善情况，总结2组治疗效果。结果：2组患者治疗前后心率、尿素氮（BUN）及血肌酐（Scr）指标无显著差异，治疗后研究组患者血压指标改善效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：对高血压合并糖尿病患者行硝苯地平缓释片治疗可以切实改善患者临床病症，临床疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of the treatment of hypertension and diabetes with nifedipine sustained -re-lease tablets.Methods：60 cases of hypertension and diabetes patients were selected as research subjects .And they were assigned into the control group and observation group according to the treat methods , and there are 40 patients in each group .Patients in the observation group were given nifedipine sustained -release tablets therapy on the basis of conventional treatment , while the patients in the control group were given losartan therapy on the basis of conventional treatment .The Improvement of indexes such as blood pressure , heart rate and blood urea nitrogen of the two groups were compared .The treatment efficacy of the two groups was summarized .Results：There is no significant difference in indexes of heart rate , blood urea nitrogen and Serum creatinine between the two groups before and after treatment . But after treatment, blood pressure index of observation group was obviously better than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Applying nifedipine sustained -release tablets treatment to hypertension and diabetes patients can significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients.It has a significant clinical efficacy .
