2种不同方法治疗不稳定型股骨转子间骨折的比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较动力髋螺钉(dynamic hip screw, DHS)、防旋股骨近端髓内钉(proximal femoral nail antirotation, PFNA)治疗不稳定型股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法:40例不稳定型股骨转子间骨折患者,其中采用DHS内固定组20例, PFNA内固定组20例。分别记录手术时间、术中出血量、术中并发症、术后引流量、术后并发症、骨折愈合时间以及术后髋关节功能恢复程度,比较2种内固定方法的疗效。结果:与DHS组比较,PFNA组术中出血量较少、术后引流量较少、术后并发症少、骨折愈合所需时间短、术后髋关节功能较好。 DHS组、PFNA组在手术时间和术中并发症方面差异无统计学意义( P〉0.05)。结论:治疗不稳定型股骨转子间骨折,PFNA内固定的临床疗效优于DHS内固定。
