Observations on the Curative Effect of He-Ne Laser Acupoint radiation on Herpes Zoster

目的 比较 He- Ne激光穴位照射与非穴位照射治疗带状疱疹早期的疗效并探讨其机理。方法 将 6 0例发病 1～ 4d的带状疱疹患者分为穴位照射组和非穴位照射组 ,均照射 10次后统计疗效并分别在发疹早期和发疹第 15 d或 16 d检测外周血 T细胞亚群。结果 穴位照射较非穴位照射疗效高 ,病程短 (P<0 .0 5 )。在发疹早期两组病例的 CD+4 、CD+4 / CD+8比值均低于正常 (P<0 .0 1)。而 CD+8高于正常 (P<0 .0 1) ,在发疹第 15 d或 16 d,穴位照射 T细胞亚群基本恢复正常 ,而非穴位照射 T细胞亚群虽趋向正常 ,但与穴位照射组比较有差异 (P<0 .0 5 )

Purpose To compare the curative effects of He Ne laser acupoi nt radiation and non acupoint radiation on early herpes zoster and investigat e its mechanism. MethodSixty patients with herpes zoster of 1~4 days were divid ed into two groups. In both, a statistical analysis of the curative effect was m ade after 10 radiation treatments and peripheral blood T cell subgroups were mea sured in the early stage of and 15~16 days after eruption separately. ResultsThe curative effect was better and the course of diseas e was shorter in acupoint radiation group than in non acupoint radiation grou p. In the early stage of eruption, CD + 4 and ratio of CD + 4/CD + 8 were both below normal ( P <0.01) and CD + 8 was above normal ( P <0.01) in the two groups of patients. Fifteen^sixteen days after eruption, T cell subgroups basically returned to normal in acupoint radiation group but ten ded to normal in non acupoint radiation group; there was a difference between the two groups ( P <0.05).
