乳腺癌中乙醛脱氢酶1与上皮性钙黏蛋白、神经性钙黏蛋白关系的研究 被引量:3

摘要 乳腺癌干细胞是一类具有自我更新及多向分化潜能的原始细胞,在一定条件下可以分化成多种不同功能的细胞,从而影响乳腺癌的发生、发展、转移、耐药及复发等生物学行为[1]。上皮-间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition, EMT)在乳腺癌浸润转移过程中起着重要作用。本实验应用免疫组织化学方法研究乳腺癌干细胞标志物乙醛脱氢酶1(ALDH1)蛋白与 EMT 标志蛋白上皮性钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)、神经性钙黏蛋白(N-cadherin)在正常乳腺组织、乳腺癌、转移性淋巴组织中的表达情况,探讨乳腺癌干细胞与乳腺癌浸润转移的关系。
