摘要
目的 了解内脏病变时体表的温度反应 ,探讨循经高温线产生的机理。 方法 对 10例家兔制备成急性化脓性胆管胆囊炎模型 ,并在 1个月内用红外热像仪连续观察其剪掉皮毛后体表的温度分布。 结果 10例家兔中有 6例在制备胆囊炎后的 1d~ 2 d出现了躯干双侧面纵向高温线 ;该高温线最长可达躯干全长 ,其温度高于周围 0 .9°C~ 2 .5°C;并可持续 30 d左右。 结论 胆囊病变后体表出现的躯干侧面纵向高温线与胆经走行相近 ,内脏病变是循经高温线产生的机制之一。
ObjectiveTo investigate the reaction of s kin temperature after internal organ disease, and the mechanism of formation of high thermal line along meridian. Methods10 rabbits were used in this experiment, and the acute cholecy stitis model were established, then within one month, the skin temperature was m easured continuously with the infrared thermography after the rabbits' hair were removed. Results1~2 days after making model, the longit udinal high thermal lines on two sides of trunk were observed in 6 out of 10 rab bits, and the longest high thermal line may ran through the whole trunk, the tem perature was higher 0.9°C^2.5°C than that in surrounding area, which lasted fo r 30 days or so. ConclusionsThe gallbladder disease induced longitudinal high the rmal lines on the two sides of trunk basically coincided with classical gallblad der meridian course, and the internal organ disease could be one of the mechanis ms of formation of longitudinal high thermal line along meridian.
