摘要
目的 :探讨电子束计算机断层摄影术 (EBCT)在先天性冠状动脉 (冠脉 )异常诊断中的临床价值。 方法 :对 EBCT诊断为先天性冠脉异常 ,并有心血管造影或手术结果的 2 5例患者行回顾性分析。男 15例 ,女 10例。年龄 5个月至 70岁 ,平均 2 3.5± 2 2 .0岁。除 1例行连续容积扫描外 ,2 4例采用单层增强扫描。 结果 :EBCT诊断冠脉起源分布异常、单支冠脉畸形和冠脉瘘共 2 5例 ,15例有手术结果并证明 14例 EBCT诊断正确。冠脉、升主动脉造影 12例 ,亦含在上述手术病例中 ,其中 11例确诊冠脉畸形。 结论 :EBCT是一种具较高准确性的无创性诊断先天性冠脉异常的方法。
Objective:To evaluate the role of electron beam computed tomography (EBCT) in the diagnosis of coronary artery anomalies. Methods:Retrospective analysis of data from 25 patients was made.All the patients were diagnosed as having coronary artery anomalies by EBCT and underwent angiocardiography or operation.There were 15 males and 10 females,aged 5 months to 70 years (average 23 5±22 0 years).Continuous volume scan was performed in 1,and enhanced single slice mode in 24. Results:EBCT revealed signs of anomalous coronary artery origin or course,single coronary artery or coronary artery fistula in 25 patients.The diagnoses of EBCT were established in 14 of 15 patients by operation,while those of selective coronary arteriography or ascending aortography in 11 of 12 patients.There was no significant difference of correct diagnostic rate between EBCT and angiography of coronary artery or ascending aorta ( p >0 05). Conclusion:EBCT is a highly accurate noninvasive method for the diagnosis of coronary artery anomalies.
