摘要
目的 通过对 18三体伴及不伴腭裂NMRI胚鼠和正常胚鼠的腭皱形态的比较形态学观察研究 ,认识其腭皱发育的不同特点。方法 6 0只Han -NMRI母鼠及 11只具有Rb(2 .18) 6Rma/Rb(1.18)Rma染色体结构的雄鼠被用于该研究 ,从 5 6 9只子代活胚中选择 82只整倍体鼠胚、17只 18三体不伴腭裂鼠胚和 32只 18三体伴腭裂鼠胚 ,对其腭皱形态进行形态学观察和分类。结果 非腭裂小鼠腭皱有四种不同的表现型 ,整倍体小鼠腭皱表型以Ⅰ类为主 ,18三体小鼠腭皱则以Ⅳ类多见。 18三体伴腭裂小鼠腭皱有两种不同类型 ,其中以Ⅰ类多见。结论 18三体小鼠的过量基因不仅可导致其子代腭裂发生率的增高 ,也使其腭皱发育呈现明显的不连续及个别缺失畸形 ;
Objective To morphologicaly compare the variation of development of the palatal rugae between the trisomy 18 and euploid NMRI mice,furthermore to understand the different developmental types of the palatal rugae.Methods Sixty female Han NMRI mice and 11 male mice with the Rb ( 2.18 ) 6Rma and Rb ( 1.18 )10Rma chromaosomes were used to generate 569 live foetuses.Among them,82 euploid foetuses,17 trisomy 18 without cleft palate (Ts18-CP) and 32 trisomy 18 with cleft palate (Ts18+CP) were used in morphological observation and classification of the palatal rugae.Results There were four patterns of the palatal rugae in the non-cleft mice,and the most common pattern in euploid mice was class Ⅰ,but class Ⅳ in Ts18-CP foetuses.There were two patterns of the palatal rugae in the Ts18+CP mice,and the class Ⅰ was the most common pattern in cleft mice.Conclusion As a consequence of the overdose of genes in trisomy 18 NMRI mice,the rugae patterns in Ts18 foetuses show more significant deviation than in euploid foetuses.
